Shipping Policy

Delivery Method: Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Shipping Cost: £3.99 per order.

Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days

(Monday–Friday excluding bank holidays).

Delivery Times: Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Damaged Deliveries: Contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the issue.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your item arrives faulty, damaged,

or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to the original payment method.

Patch Test & Allergy Disclaimer
