• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email (or SMS where provided).

• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by seasonal demand, weather, or Royal Mail delays.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, re-shipping costs will apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, please contact us at info@skin-prep.co.uk with your order number and we will assist you in resolving the issue with Royal Mail.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the outer packaging

• Clear photographs of the damaged item(s)

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
