Returns Overview


Due to hygiene and safety regulations relating to skincare and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including unopened or unused products.


All sales are final unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.



Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items


You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item is faulty

  • You received the wrong product


You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Please email info@skin-prep.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem


We may request the item to be returned for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.



Refund Processing


If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.
